Abstract
In a group of 100 consecutive patients with eczema all those hypersensitive to nickel had also hypersensitivity to palladium. Allergy to the latter element was never found in patients with negative tests for nickel. The clinical importance of this combined allergy is discussed.

在一组连续的100例湿疹患者中，所有对镍过敏的患者对钯也过敏。镍试验阴性的患者中从未发现对后一种元素过敏。本文讨论了这种合并过敏的临床意义。
