Abstract
Male hypogonadotropic hypogonadism is a rare disease but a caracteristic one of currently isolated gonadotropin deficiency. 15 subjects have been treated during 6 to 52 monthes with Neopergonal (225 UI a week) + H.C.G. (15 00 IU a week). We observed spermatogenesis onset in 11 patients, sufficient 9 of them, poor in 2 others.

男性低促性腺激素性性腺功能减退是一种罕见疾病，但却是目前孤立性促性腺激素缺乏的典型病症。15名患者接受了为期6至52个月的治疗，使用了绒促性素（每周225国际单位）加人绒毛膜促性腺激素（每周1500国际单位）。我们观察到11名患者开始出现精子发生，其中9名患者的精子发生情况良好，另外2名患者的情况较差。
