The allergic contact dermatitis usually shows eczematous skin lesions. In few cases however pustular reactions can be observed. They are often caused by sensitization to metals and halogens. Herein we report a case occurring as pustulosis palmaris, that has been identified as an occupational allergic contact dermatitis to black rubber.
过敏性接触性皮炎通常表现为湿疹样皮肤损害。然而，在少数情况下可观察到脓疱反应。它们常由对金属和卤素致敏引起。在此，我们报告一例表现为掌跖脓疱病的病例，已被确定为对黑色橡胶的职业性过敏性接触性皮炎。
