Abstract

The apical part of the urinary bladder granular cells contains oval granules filled with a homogenous substance; close to the plasma membrane granules with tubular element are disposed. A preliminary 30 min fixation of the bladder epithelium with 0.1--0.5% glutaraldehyde followed by 2.5% glutaraldehyde post-fixation rather increased the number of granules with the orderly distributed inner material. The membrane of these granules includes in to the plasma membrane. The loosening of the inner material takes place and the fibrillar elements similar in structure to the glycocalix fibrilles attach to the external surface of the cell plasma membrane.

膀胱颗粒细胞的顶端部分含有充满均匀物质的椭圆形颗粒;靠近质膜处分布着带有管状成分的颗粒。先用0.1% - 0.5%的戊二醛对膀胱上皮进行30分钟的初步固定,然后用2.5%的戊二醛进行后固定,相当程度上增加了内部物质有序分布的颗粒数量。这些颗粒的膜融入质膜。内部物质发生松散,结构上与糖萼纤维相似的纤维成分附着在细胞质膜的外表面。
