BACKGROUND
Transumbilical single-incision laparoscopic surgery (TUSILS) has emerged as an advanced technique for minimally invasive surgery. Recently, the authors performed TUSIL resection of the ileocecal junction for benign lesions.
METHODS
The authors report the surgical technique and clinical effect of TUSIL resection of the ileocecal junction in 2 patients.
RESULTS
The 2 operations were completely successful with satisfactory and scarless recovery. No postoperative complications occurred.
CONCLUSIONS
TUSIL resection of the ileocecal junction was feasible and safe in the 2 patients and might lead to an expansion of the indications for TUSILS.
背景
经脐单孔腹腔镜手术（TUSILS）已成为一种先进的微创手术技术。最近，作者对良性病变行TUSIL回盲部切除术。
方法
作者报告2例患者行TUSIL回盲部切除术的手术技术及临床效果。
结果
2例手术均完全成功，恢复满意且无瘢痕。未发生术后并发症。
结论
2例患者行TUSIL回盲部切除术可行且安全，可能会扩大TUSILS的适应证范围。
