Abstract
Between April and December 1974, 485 cases of NPC were seen at the Salah Azaïz Institute in Tunis. A histological study was carried out according to a classification that comprises four types of tumour:well-differentiated squamous-cell carcinoma, poorly-differentiated squamous-cell carcinoma, 'nasopharyngeal' type carcinoma and an anaplastic type. Some correlation between these histological types and clinical, epidemiological, virological and prognostic features was found.

1974年4月至12月期间，突尼斯的萨拉赫·阿扎伊兹研究所共收治了485例鼻咽癌患者。根据一种包含四种肿瘤类型的分类方法进行了组织学研究：高分化鳞状细胞癌、低分化鳞状细胞癌、“鼻咽”型癌和间变型癌。发现这些组织学类型与临床、流行病学、病毒学及预后特征之间存在一定相关性。
