[The role of lymphography in detecting lymphogenic metastases in patients with ovarian dysgerminomas].

X-ray features, frequency and mode of spreading of metastases from ovarian dysgerminoma were studied. The role of lymphography in choosing treatment modality in this clinical setting is outlined. The authors consider lymphography to be mandatory in examining patients suffering ovarian dysgerminoma.
