Abstract
In 1960-1985, 35 patients with ovarian dysgerminoma were referred after surgery to the Radiation Therapy Unit of the University of Florence. Twenty-seven of these cases were analysed with regard to lymphangiography findings before radiation therapy. Nodes were judged as positive in 18 of the 27 cases (44%) and in all the positive cases the paraaortic nodes were involved. The relevance of lymphography in the staging and follow-up of patients with ovarian dysgerminoma is discussed.
摘要
1960年至1985年期间，35例卵巢无性细胞瘤患者术后被转诊至佛罗伦萨大学放射治疗科。对其中27例患者放疗前的淋巴管造影结果进行了分析。27例中有18例（44%）的淋巴结被判定为阳性，且所有阳性病例的腹主动脉旁淋巴结均受累。本文讨论了淋巴管造影在卵巢无性细胞瘤患者分期及随访中的相关性。
