Abstract
We present a case of a 31 year-old male patient with a congenital heart disease - bicuspid aortic valve with secondary aortic valve insufficiency, in whom recurrent syncope associated with episodes of complete atrioventricular block was observed. After implantation of a pacemaker syncope did not reccur. Due to risk of complications with bicuspid aortic valve it was decided that surgical treatment should be considered in this case.

我们报告一例31岁男性患者，患有先天性心脏病——二叶式主动脉瓣伴继发性主动脉瓣关闭不全，该患者出现了与完全性房室传导阻滞发作相关的反复晕厥。植入起搏器后晕厥未再复发。鉴于二叶式主动脉瓣存在并发症风险，决定该病例应考虑手术治疗。
