Abstract
The content of cAMP and cGMP in the composition of the high-molecular complex aminoacyl-tRNA-synthetase from the rat liver has been studied. The ionizing radiation decreases the level of the cyclic nucleotides in the composition of the complex. A problem on interregulation of the cyclic nucleotides and prostaglandins in the complex has been examined.

对大鼠肝脏高分子复合氨基酸酰基 - tRNA合成酶组成中cAMP和cGMP的含量进行了研究。电离辐射会降低该复合物组成中环状核苷酸的水平。已对该复合物中环状核苷酸与前列腺素的相互调节问题进行了研究。
