Abstract
Granular cell tumors are unusual tumors that can affect any site of the body, with most cases affecting the head and neck region. First described by Abrikossoff, considerable debate has surrounded the histogenesis of this neoplasm. We report a case of granular cell myoblastoma of the larynx. Histological features are described. The treatment was surgical removal, endoscopically.
摘要
颗粒细胞瘤是一种罕见的肿瘤，可发生于身体的任何部位，大多数病例发生于头颈部。自阿布里科索夫首次描述以来，关于这种肿瘤的组织发生一直存在相当大的争议。我们报告一例喉颗粒细胞成肌细胞瘤病例，并描述其组织学特征。治疗方法是通过内镜手术切除。
