Abstract

Changes of aggregation properties of thrombocytes may be of significance for the development of disturbances of rheological properties of blood in Raynaud's phenomenon. The disturbances of hemostasis in Raynaud's phenomenon are associated first of all with activation of thrombocytic-vascular hemostasis. Coagulative hemostasis had considerably less alterations. Changes of aggregative properties of thrombocytes and coagulation hemostasis had certain peculiarities in each variation of the Raynaud's phenomenon according to the classification made at the authors' clinic, which supports the validity of this classification.
