Abstract
A series of 64 patients with malignant tumours of the nasopharynx treated by cobalt irradiation is analyzed. The crude 5-year survival rate for the entire epithelial group was 32%; 55% for N- group, 25% for N+. Treatment methods avoiding complications are discussed.
