[Capabilities of immunophenotyping of soft tissue sarcomas on cytosmears: results of examination of 57 tumors].

Analysis of the results of examining 57 primary and metastatic soft tissues tumors has shown the principal capabilities of immunophenotyping in the cytosmears for differential diagnosis, the determination of histogenesis, and the assessment of their prolferative activity. Its major benefit is short response time and easiness to use. All results were assessed by comparison with the data of immunohistochemical study on paraffin sections.
