Abstract

The paper describes a 14 year old Saudi boy with penoscrotal transposition and double urethra placed side by side in the penis. Ectopic scrotal skin and a pseudopenis were seen over the right ischial tuberosity. The patient had a large lumbosacral lipoma, which probably caused paralysis and atrophy of the right leg through an intraspinal extension.
