To study the chemical constituents from the flowers of Ophiopogon japonicus.
Column chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify the constituents.
Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as beta-sitosterol (I), diosgenin (II), daucosterol (III), ophiopogonin C' (IV), dioscin (V), 7-dihy-droxy-6-methyl-3-(4'-hydroxybenzyl) chroman-4-one(VI), luteolin (VII), kaempferol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosides (VIII), kaempferol-3-O-(6"-tigloyl) -beta-D-glucopyranosides (IX), kaempferol-3-O-(6"-acetyl) -beta-D-glucopyranosides (X), glucose (XI).
Eleven compounds are obtained from the flowers of O. japonicus for the first time. Compond VI is isolated as a simple substance compound of O. japonicus for the first time. Componds VII, VIII, IX and X are isolated from this genus for the first time.

采用柱色谱法和光谱分析法分离鉴定其成分。
得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(I)、薯蓣皂苷元(II)、胡萝卜苷(III)、麦冬皂苷C′(IV)、薯蓣皂苷(V)、7-二羟基-6-甲基-3-(4′-羟基苄基)色满-4-酮(VI)、木犀草素(VII)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(VIII)、山柰酚-3-O-(6″-惕各酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(IX)、山柰酚-3-O-(6″-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(X)、葡萄糖(XI)。
首次从麦冬花中得到11个化合物。化合物VI首次作为麦冬的单体化合物被分离得到。化合物VII、VIII、IX和X首次从该属植物中分离得到。
