To study the chemical constituents from flowers of Koelreuteria paniculata.
Column chromatography and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify the constituents.
The EtOAc fraction from flowers of Koelreuteria paniculata was separated and purified. Nine compounds were obtained and identified as:sitosterol glucoside (I), gallic acid (II), kaempferol (III), luteolin (IV), kaempferol-3-O-(6"-acetyl)-beta-D-glucopyranoside (V), hyperoside-2"-O-acetyl (VI), hyperoside-2"-O-galloyl (VII), hyperoside (VIII), kaempferol-3-O-D-glucopyranoside (IX).
Nine compounds are isolated for the first time from flowers of Koelreuteria paniculata. Compounds IV, V, VI and IX are isolated from this genus for the first time.

采用柱色谱法和光谱分析法分离鉴定其成分。
对栾树花的乙酸乙酯部位进行了分离纯化。得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:β-谷甾醇葡萄糖苷(I)、没食子酸(II)、山柰酚(III)、木犀草素(IV)、山柰酚-3-O-(6''-乙酰基)-β-D-葡萄糖苷(V)、金丝桃苷-2''-O-乙酰基(VI)、金丝桃苷-2''-O-没食子酰基(VII)、金丝桃苷(VIII)、山柰酚-3-O-D-葡萄糖苷(IX)。
从栾树花中首次分离得到9个化合物。化合物IV、V、VI和IX为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
