To review presentation, diagnosis and treatment of renal artery aneurysms, a very uncommon disease.
We report the case of a male with a calcified renal artery aneurysm in a solitary kidney.
Symptomatic effects may be hypertension, hematuria or flank pain. Arteriosclerosis and medial dysplasia are the most frequent causes and diagnosis is based on CT scan and angiography.
The renal artery aneurysm is a disease with low prevalence and there is no clear protocol for management. The number of cases has increased over the last decades and endovasculrar treatment is a good therapeutic option.
回顾肾动脉瘤这一非常罕见疾病的临床表现、诊断及治疗。
我们报告了一例单肾伴有钙化性肾动脉瘤的男性病例。
症状可能为高血压、血尿或胁腹痛。动脉硬化和中层发育异常是最常见的病因，诊断基于CT扫描和血管造影。
肾动脉瘤是一种患病率较低的疾病，且尚无明确的治疗方案。在过去几十年中病例数有所增加，血管内治疗是一种很好的治疗选择。
