According to literature data and results of own investigations there was established, that the causes of frequent mistakes occurrence while performing the blood investigation, causing hemolytic complications, are the blood groups antigens determination according to AB0 system using the direct method only, without isohemoagglutinins alpha, beta identification; constitutes the direct transduction of written information from medical and other documentation or immediately from the speaking patient.
根据文献资料和自身调查结果确定，在进行血液检测时频繁出现导致溶血并发症的错误的原因是，仅使用直接法根据AB0系统确定血型抗原，而未鉴定α、β同种血凝素；由医疗及其他文件中的书面信息直接转录，或直接从说话的患者处获取信息。
