Abstract
"The addition of angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors to digoxin and diuretics is effective in improving and prolonging the lives of patients with severe heart failure. Our next goal is to prevent the progression of heart failure in patients with asymptomatic left ventricular dysfunction."
