Abstract
An 18-month-old infant presented with haemolytic uraemic syndrome following a prodrome of colitis. Incomplete recovery of renal function occurred after 4 weeks of anuria and was associated with extensive renal cortical calcification. During the recovery phase he had two relapses of colitis, microangiopathic haemolytic anaemia and thrombocytopenia without any deterioration in renal function.

一名18个月大的婴儿在出现结肠炎前驱症状后患上溶血性尿毒症综合征。无尿4周后肾功能未完全恢复，并伴有广泛的肾皮质钙化。在恢复阶段，他的结肠炎复发了两次，出现微血管病性溶血性贫血和血小板减少症，但肾功能没有任何恶化。
