We report the case of a 15-year-old patient with history of Crohn's disease who presented with profuse vaginal bleeding. The patient was diagnosed with Crohn's disease with perianal and vulvar involvement three years prior to admission. The relationship between profuse vaginal bleeding secondary to a cervical myoma in a patient with Crohn's disease treated with adalimumab is discussed.
