Five cases of pathologically proved cystic pancreatic tumors were retrospectively reviewed. Mucinous cystadenocarcinoma tends to have uneven wall or solid mass component. All cystic lesions without history of acute pancreatitis or trauma should be surgically removed, even when considered as benign on imaging modalities.
回顾性分析5例经病理证实的胰腺囊性肿瘤。黏液性囊腺癌往往有不均匀的壁或实性肿块成分。所有无急性胰腺炎或外伤史的囊性病变均应手术切除，即使在影像学上被认为是良性的。
