In this review, four topics are briefly introduced, these are: 1) ballistocardiography revisited; 2) current studies on noninvasive measurement of arterial blood pressure; 3) electrophysiological measurement with dry electrodes; and 4) recent advances in noninvasive optical measurement of blood constituents.
