The article deals with the comparative analysis of sociological survey data concerning the satisfaction of patients with medical care. The study was carried out before and after to putting into operation of new system of remuneration of labor in medical organizations. The results permit to estimate the adoption of the new systems of remuneration of labor as an appropriate and perspective direction of modernization of health care system.
本文探讨了关于患者对医疗服务满意度的社会学调查数据的比较分析。该研究在医疗组织实施新的劳动薪酬制度前后进行。结果表明，采用新的劳动薪酬制度是医疗保健系统现代化的一个合适且有前景的方向。
