Following sublingual finoptin and following its course therapy, 27 patients with coronary heart disease in the presence of Stages I-IIA circulatory failure displayed positive central hemodynamic changes, myocardial contractile function improvement, afterload decrease, and a tendency to normalization of vascular and intravascular alterations.
舌下含服氟硝替丁及其疗程治疗后，27例患有I-IIA期循环衰竭的冠心病患者出现了积极的中心血流动力学变化、心肌收缩功能改善、后负荷降低以及血管和血管内改变趋于正常化的趋势。
