Abstract
A case of vagal schwannoma in the cerebellomedullary angle is reported. Preoperatively, the patient had paroxysmal episodes of postural hypotension with syncope. After total removal of the vagal tumor, her systemic blood pressure returned to normal.

报告了一例发生于小脑脑桥角的迷走神经鞘瘤病例。术前，患者有体位性低血压伴晕厥的阵发性发作。在完全切除迷走神经肿瘤后，她的全身血压恢复正常。
