Visual disturbance in 11 patients with melanocytoma of the optic disk was analyzed. Goldmann visual field examination showed enlargement of Mariotte's blind spot in 7 of 10 patients (70%) and visual field defect or depression in 7 patients (70%). In 6 of the 7 patients with visual field defect of depression (86%), the portion of visual field damage corresponded with the location of the tumor and retinal nerve fiber bundle defect. In 1 patient, sudden loss of visual acuity occurred, presumably due to anterior ischemic optic neuropathy induced by melanocytoma.
对11例视盘黑色素细胞瘤患者的视觉障碍进行了分析。戈德曼视野检查显示，10例患者中有7例（70%）的生理盲点扩大，7例患者（70%）存在视野缺损或视野凹陷。在7例有视野缺损或凹陷的患者中，有6例（86%）的视野损害部位与肿瘤位置及视网膜神经纤维束缺损相对应。1例患者突然视力丧失，推测是由黑色素细胞瘤引起的前部缺血性视神经病变所致。
