A study is presented of the central hemodynamics in 38 patients with severe forms of acute renal failure of different genesis. Disorders were revealed related both to renal failure and use of active methods of extracorporal detoxication, namely, hemodialysis and hemosorption. Measures on the correction of disorders of the central hemodynamics are described.
本文对38例不同病因的重症急性肾衰竭患者的中心血流动力学进行了研究。研究发现，这些紊乱既与肾衰竭有关，也与体外解毒的积极方法（即血液透析和血液吸附）的使用有关。文中还描述了纠正中心血流动力学紊乱的措施。
