When a patient presents with tiredness, the diagnostic model is a useful basis for considering the probable diagnosis. At the same time it is imperative not to overlook the serious, even life threatening, causes such as malignant disease or AIDS. Such an organised approach allows the practitioner to ask the correct questions because, as always, the quality of the history taking is vital in leading to the diagnosis of this difficult symptom.
当患者出现疲倦症状时，该诊断模型是考虑可能诊断的有用基础。同时，绝不能忽视诸如恶性疾病或艾滋病等严重甚至危及生命的病因。这种有条理的方法能让从业者提出正确的问题，因为一如既往，病史采集的质量对于诊断这种棘手症状至关重要。
