Two cases are described, illustrating two varieties of comparatively little known, but not rarely encountered syndrome--the syndrome of Herlyn-Werner-Wunderlich. The characteristic and the symptoms of the syndrome are presented and various concepts on therapeutic management are discussed. The question about future fertile capability of the patients is discussed as well.
本文描述了两例病例，阐述了两种相对鲜为人知但并非罕见的综合征——赫林-韦纳-温德利希综合征。文中介绍了该综合征的特征和症状，并讨论了关于治疗管理的各种观念。同时也探讨了患者未来生育能力的问题。
