A study is presented of the clinical, endocrinological, morphological indices in 126 patients with sterility. In testicular aspermia the androgenic-estrogenic balance reduced in all kind sterility independent of the clinical signs of hypoandrogenization and degree of disorder of spermatogenesis. A correlative dependence was revealed between the level of follitropin in the blood plasma and degree of inhibition of spermatogenesis in secretory sterility.
本文对126例不育患者的临床、内分泌和形态学指标进行了研究。在睾丸性无精子症中，无论雄激素缺乏的临床体征和生精障碍程度如何，各种不育类型的雄激素 - 雌激素平衡均降低。在分泌性不育中，血浆中促卵泡激素水平与生精抑制程度之间存在相关性。
