Immunoregulatory lymphocytes of SD2-, SD4-, SD8- and SD2-phenotypes have been assayed using monoclonal antibodies in peripheral blood of infertile women with external genital endometriosis and tubal-peritoneal infertility. The tested cells did not markedly differ from those in control fertile patients. Serum concentrations of immunoglobulin M were increased in women with endometriosis. Immunoglobulin concentrations widely varied in the peritoneal fluid, with a statistically significant elevation of IgA and IgM in women with tubal-peritoneal infertility.
利用单克隆抗体对外阴子宫内膜异位症和输卵管-腹膜性不孕的不育女性外周血中SD2、SD4、SD8和SD2表型的免疫调节淋巴细胞进行了检测。检测的细胞与对照可育患者的细胞没有明显差异。子宫内膜异位症女性的血清免疫球蛋白M浓度升高。腹膜液中的免疫球蛋白浓度差异很大，输卵管-腹膜性不孕女性的IgA和IgM有统计学意义的升高。
