Hematocele in the tunica vaginalis, specially non-traumatic or in previously coagulated cases, is an issue almost ignored by the present urological literature. We have reviewed hematoceles due to the finding of four non-traumatic hematoceles, highlighting the difficulties of a preoperative diagnosis.
