A retrospective review of 34 patients with congenital dislocation of the radial head was carried out. In 22 patients, the radial head dislocation was the only abnormality. The range of motion of the elbow and forearm was considerably limited in some patients and did cause functional impairment, especially lack of supination. Increased ulnar length in relation to the radius and a hypoplastic capitellum suggest that a dislocation is congenital. Surgical intervention is seldom necessary.
对34例先天性桡骨头脱位患者进行了回顾性研究。在22例患者中，桡骨头脱位是唯一的异常情况。部分患者的肘关节和前臂活动范围明显受限，确实导致了功能障碍，尤其是旋后功能缺失。尺骨相对于桡骨长度增加以及肱骨小头发育不全提示脱位为先天性。很少需要手术干预。
