We report on a case of a 20-year-old male patient who consulted for a tumor mass in the ventral aspect of the base of the penis. Routine examinations and ultrasound work up revealed a cavernous hemangioma of penis. Although tumor resection was performed with difficulty, excellent results were achieved and the patient was discharged 7 days thereafter.
