A total of 412 patients with acute cholecystitis have been treated for the period 1980-1988. At different terms after the onset of the disease 136 patients have been operated. Acute calculus-free cholecystitis was found in 17 patients (12.5 per cent). The diagnosis rested on the clinical course, echographic examination, intraoperative and histologic finding. Most informative was echography--in 85.2 per cent of the cases.
1980年至1988年期间，共治疗了412例急性胆囊炎患者。在疾病发作后的不同时期，对136例患者进行了手术。发现17例（12.5%）为急性非结石性胆囊炎。诊断依据临床病程、超声检查、术中及组织学检查结果。超声检查最具信息量——在85.2%的病例中。
