The immune status was studied in 30 patients with adiposity of grades III-IV. Evaluation of the number of T-, B-lymphocytes, phagocytosis, circulating immune complexes, complement, migration of leucocytes, level of A, M, G, immunoglobulins revealed disorders in the T-system, unspecific cellular and unspecific humoral immunity with a tendency of immunity deterioration as the grade of obesity advanced. There was correlation between the ratio of blood plasma atherogenicity and level of circulating immune complexes, complement.
对30例III-IV级肥胖患者的免疫状态进行了研究。对T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞数量、吞噬作用、循环免疫复合物、补体、白细胞迁移、A、M、G免疫球蛋白水平的评估显示,T系统、非特异性细胞免疫和非特异性体液免疫存在紊乱,且随着肥胖等级的升高,免疫有恶化趋势。血浆致动脉粥样硬化性与循环免疫复合物水平、补体之间存在相关性。
