To analyze the chemical constituents of the essential oil from Callicarpa kwangtungensis and investigate their antimicrobial activity in vitro.
The essential oil of Callicarpa kwangtungensis were extracted by steam distillaton. The chemical constituents were separated and analyzed by GC-MS. Their relative percentages were calculated with peak area normalization method.
38 compounds were identified, accounting for 76.01% of the peak area of the total ion-current chromatogram. The essential oil had different antimicrobial activities.
The main constituent of the essential oil is terpenoids (59.25%), and showing different activities against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans.
分析广东紫珠挥发油的化学成分,并研究其体外抗菌活性。
采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取广东紫珠挥发油。通过气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对化学成分进行分离和分析,采用峰面积归一化法计算其相对含量。
鉴定出38种化合物,占总离子流色谱图峰面积的76.01%。该挥发油具有不同的抗菌活性。
该挥发油的主要成分是萜类化合物(59.25%),对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌表现出不同的活性。
