The article deals with patterns of formation of primary, disability of adult population of Nijegorodskaya oblast. The analysis was applied to study in Nijegorodskava oblast the dynamics of'primary and general morbidity temporary disability, primary disability and adult population mortality from 2000 to 2009. The degree of interrelationship between the main health indicators of population of Nijegorodskaya oblast was estimated. It was proved mathematically that the disability is mainly not a medical but social occurrence. The process of formation of disability is mainly impacted not by morbidity but by other factors such as accessibility and quality of medical, medical social, expertise care, law-making in social policy, etc.
本文探讨了下诺夫哥罗德州成年人口原发性残疾的形成模式。通过分析2000年至2009年下诺夫哥罗德州原发性和一般发病率导致的临时残疾、原发性残疾以及成年人口死亡率的动态变化，评估了该州人口主要健康指标之间的相互关系程度。从数学上证明，残疾主要不是一个医学问题，而是一个社会问题。残疾的形成过程主要不是受发病率影响，而是受其他因素影响，如医疗服务的可及性和质量、医疗社会、专业护理、社会政策立法等。
