[Computer-assisted prostate reconstruction].

The authors report a technique of computer assisted three-dimensional reconstruction using the information obtained from serial sections collected on a digitalizing table. This reconstruction was performed with a popular personal computer: Macintosh. This technique was applied to the reconstruction of the animal prostate.
