Burkitt's lymphoma was originally described as a sarcomatous tumor among Ugandan children but it is becoming more prevalent in the United States. We describe a case of Burkitt's lymphoma that presented as a scrotal mass. The management of Burkitt's lymphoma involving the testis is discussed.
