Abstract

Psoas abscess is most often caused by infection with Staphylococcus aureus. Classic symptoms are localized pain, persistent fever, and a limp or flexion problem of the hip. Diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound or computed tomographic scan. Appropriate treatment consists of drainage of the abscess and antibiotic therapy.

腰大肌脓肿最常见的病因是金黄色葡萄球菌感染。典型症状为局部疼痛、持续发热以及髋关节跛行或屈曲问题。可通过超声或计算机断层扫描确诊。恰当的治疗包括脓肿引流和抗生素治疗。
