Abstract
Two cases of pyogenic psoas abscess were diagnosed and treated by CT-guided percutaneous catheter drainage. In these 2 patients there was rapid clinical improvement and tomographic disappearance of the masses. Image-guided percutaneous drainage of psoas abscess appears to be a safe and effective alternate to open surgical drainage.

通过CT引导下经皮导管引流诊断并治疗了2例化脓性腰大肌脓肿。这2例患者临床症状迅速改善，肿块在断层扫描上消失。影像引导下经皮引流腰大肌脓肿似乎是一种安全有效的替代开放手术引流的方法。
