Abstract
Osteoma of the mastoid is a rare, slow-growing and benign tumour. Normally it is asymptomatic, although it may cause cosmetic deformities most of the time. A case of osteoma of the mastoid in a 15 years old boy is reported here. Surgical removal was done for the cosmetic deformity. There was no recurrence during the two years follow-up period.

乳突骨瘤是一种罕见的、生长缓慢的良性肿瘤。通常情况下它没有症状，不过大多数时候可能会导致外观畸形。本文报告了一例15岁男孩的乳突骨瘤病例。因外观畸形进行了手术切除。在两年的随访期内没有复发。
