Melanosis coli is a well-known occurrence in colonic biopsies. The condition is, however, reportedly absent in both neoplastic and hyperplastic colonic polyps. Herein, we describe its occurrence in 10 hyperplastic colonic polyps, some of which showed melanosis in adjacent biopsied mucosa, and 2 colonic adenomata.

结肠黑变病在结肠活检中是一种常见情况。然而，据报道，在肿瘤性和增生性结肠息肉中均不存在这种情况。在此，我们描述了其在10例增生性结肠息肉中的发生情况，其中一些息肉在相邻的活检黏膜中显示有黑变病，以及2例结肠腺瘤中的发生情况。
