Neurotic delinquency of adolescents is defined and demonstrated in a case report. It is an attempt to show diagnostic differences between neurotic delinquency and cases with pathological narcissism or borderline-psychopathology, although an overlap between these child psychiatric disorders exists. Getting in contact with institutions and juvenile courts there are differences in proposals, if psychotherapy is necessary or not. Therapeutic strategies and implications are shown. The 10/2 of juvenile court law is discussed.
