[Basocellular carcinoma of the skin with metastases to lymph glands and the parotid].

Metastases from basocellular carcinomata in the skin are extremely rare. A case of recurrent basocellular in the skin with regional lymph gland metastases and metastases to the parotid gland is presented. The clinically common features in metastasizing basocellular carcinoma are emphasized.
