The state of lipid metabolism was investigated in 72 patients with acute pancreatitis using the method of thin-layer chromatography on "Silufol" plates. It was established that the level of general phospholipids underwent a reduction in destructive pancreatitis. The level of triglycerids reduced sharply after treatment with 5-fluoruracil. The revealed changes were the basis for instituting fatty emulsions and lipid mixtures in the treatment of these patients.
采用“Silufol”板上的薄层色谱法，对72例急性胰腺炎患者的脂质代谢状况进行了研究。结果发现，在坏死性胰腺炎中，总磷脂水平有所降低。用5-氟尿嘧啶治疗后，甘油三酯水平急剧下降。所揭示的这些变化是在这些患者的治疗中采用脂肪乳剂和脂质混合物的依据。
