[Cystic adenoma of the pancreas].

Cystic neoplasms of the pancreas are rare. These tumors are differentiated into benign and potentially malignant types or in serous (microcystic), solid-cystic (papillary-cystic) and mucinouscystic neoplasms. A report is given about a 76 years old women with a serous (microcystic) cystadenoma. The cystadenoma was a chance hit of a necropsy.
